Army 1st Lt. Carlos Diaz of Texas Medical Command, Texas Army National Guard, and a representative of the Chilean Navy examine a list of immunizations available at Operation Lone Star (OLS), an emergency preparedness exercise, in Laredo, Texas, Aug. 6, 2014.
