Army Sgt. 1st Class Jared Woodhouse, the noncommissioned officer in charge of signals communication for 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team, teaches a soldier how to operate the helpdesk for the communications office in Cincu, Romania, July 26, 2016 in support of Saber Guardian exercise.
