Artillery commander meets with mayor before ARTP 14-1

Lt. Col. Neil J. The battalion will train at the Ojojihara Maneuver Area May 6 to June 26. Owens is the commanding officer of 3rd Battalion, 12th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Asano is the mayor of Taiwa Town.
