GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Dec. 22, 2010) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Rick D. West speaks with recruits in a barracks at Recruit Training Command (RTC). West was the reviewing officer at the Dec. 22 Pass-in-Review graduation ceremony for more than 750 recruits. It was the second visit to RTC for West since becoming the 12th MCPON in December 2008.
