Auxiliarist, crew members receive award for saving lives 140219-G-ZZ999-001

Stephen Stewart, Elizabeth Nebei and Coast Guard auxiliarist Norman Raymond, crew members of the education vessel Clinton, are awarded the Captain David P. Dobbins Award by U.S. Coast Guard Capt. Jeff Ogden, commander of Coast Guard Sector Detroit, during a ceremony at Coast Guard Air Station Detroit, located on Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., Feb. 19, 2014. They received the award for saving two people in the Detroit River Aug. 11, 2013.
