BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan - U.S. Army Cpt. Stephen Holden, the counter-IED advisor with the 202nd Police Advisory Team from Forward Operating Base Fenty, instructs members of the 202nd Zone Counter-IED Afghan National Police team on plotting grid points during a joint training session on Oct. 30.
