ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Petty Officer 2nd Class Jody Chamberlain, a rescue swimmer from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, gets lowered from an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter to the commercial fishing vessel Capt.
