BETHESDA, Maryland (Feb. 5, 2020) U.S. Navy Naval Support Activity Bethesda Sailors give instructions to a gate runner during an improvised explosive device drill as part of Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain 2020. CS-SC is a two-part, anti-terrorism force protection exercise being conducted on installations nationwide, Feb. 3-14. The annual exercise is not in response to any specific threat, but is used to evaluate the readiness of the fleet and installation security programs.
