Bill Walters discusses Federal Long-Term Healthcare Insurance and other topics during a briefing for the 2018 Retiree Appreciation Day on Sept. 7, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. More than 600 people attended the appreciation day that included a full day filled with a variety of activities.
