Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Michael Gladden directs the progress of a refueling rig aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) during a replenishment at sea with Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199).
