NEW ORLEANS (Apr. 21, 2012) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Shanna Cephus, left, and Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Jose Corporan assist Lt. Steve Inscore and his dog Csapage, from the New Orleans Police Department, as they inspect a tanker truck before allowing it access to the pier where the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) is moored in New Orleans. Wasp is participating in The War of 1812 Bicentennial Commemoration, a series of city visits by the Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Operation Sail beginning in April 2012 and concluding in 2015.
