Brig. Gen. James Bonner, commander of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives Command, presents Command Sgt. Maj. Brant Shyrigh, outgoing command sergeant major of the 71st Ordnance Group (EOD), with the Meritorious Service Medal during a dual-purposed ceremony Sept. 6, 2017 at Founders Field on Fort Carson, Colo.
