OKINAWA, Japan (Jan. 10, 2016) Builder 2nd Class Zechariah Bukys, center, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, uses a circular saw to cut wood while working on framework at White Beach, Okinawa Japan. The structure they are building will house a generator for the base fire department. NMCB-5 is ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations, and to provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
