(May. 17, 2017) Builder 3rd Class Jacob Crater, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, smooths the surface of wet concrete to repair the damage from a simulated airstrike at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the battalion's field training exercise. The exercise gives Seabees the opportunity to practice and apply seabee combat warfare skills, provide host nation security support and stay mission ready in a simulated environment intended to replicate in-country operations.
