Builder 3rd Class Joseph Flowers, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 15's Convoy Security Element throws chains under a pallet of sandbags as he works to construct a bunker project in support of the Afghanistan National Army. NMCB 15 is currently deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is an expeditionary element of U.S. Naval Forces that support various units worldwide through national force readiness, civil engineering, humanitarian assistance, and building and maintaining infrastructure.
