CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Service members and base personnel participate in the Captain's Cup volleyball tournament at the base fitness center, Oct. 4, 2019. This year's competition features 13 teams and is represented by U.S. military services deployed to Camp Lemonnier, civilians and coalition military personnel. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
