PORT ANGELES, Wash. -- Canadian Coast Guard crew members aboard the buoy tender Provo Wallis, homeported in Victoria, British Columbia, work together to place a buoy in the water, Aug. 25, 2009 as part of the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum Exercise. The purpose of the forum is to foster relationships between the participating nations of Canada, China, Japan, Russia, South Korea, and the United States.
