ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jul. 09, 2009) Capt. Brad Williamson, commodore of Destroyer Squadron (DRSRON) 2 and mission commander of Southern Partnership Station '09, exchanges gifts with Cmdr. Pablo Silva, commanding officer of the Uruguayan Navy frigate ROU 1 Uruguay during a visit by Williamson aboard Uruguay. Williamson and Cmdr. Daniel Blackburn, commanding officer of the USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) visited the ship during exercises with the Uruguayan Navy. Southern Partnership Station is a combined naval and amphibious operation with Oak Hill and maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
