Julie Birmingham, a medical-surgical nurse assigned to the Army Reserve Medical Command’s 7221st Medical Support Unit, Newark, Del., provides medical care to a local resident as part of Round Valley Indian Health Center Innovative Readiness Training at Covelo, Calif., July 20, 2017.
