Capt. Kealiihoouluahui Ichimura of 299th Cavalry Regiment, Hawaii Army National Guard receives the Knighthood in the Order of Saint George silver medallion for an honorable tour with his unit during the Exportable Combat Training Capacity program June 18 at Fort Hunter Liggett, California. Since 1986, the United States Armor Association established the Honorable Order of Saint George to recognize the very best tankers and cavalrymen among its members. XCTC focuses on fully instrumental and realistic collective training to certify platoon & company level training proficiency in coordination with First Army.
