Capt. Michael R. Schultz, an instructor with Officer Candidate School, Marine Corps Base Quantico, leads a guided discussion about leadership traits with students of North Carolina Central University during the Marine Corps Leadership Seminar April 12. The objective of the MCLS is to showcase the tremendous leadership opportunities that the U.S. Marine Corps has to offer young college graduates.
