Philippe Grandjean, the 2017 Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) Active Duty Fund Drive (ADFD) Kitsap/Westsound area chairman, speaks during the kick-off breakfast at the Trident Inn Galley onboard Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. The goal of the ADFD is to contact 100 percent of Navy and Marine Corps service members in an attempt to raise funds for the NMCRS and to increase awareness about the availability of financial assistance and other services administered by NMCRS.
