William Hart, commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), speaks during the annual USS Forrestal (CV 59) memorial ceremony at the Farrier Firefighting School at Naval Station Norfolk. The ceremony marked the 44th anniversary of the July 29, 1967 fire aboard Forrestal in which 134 service members were killed and 161 injured.
