CGC Boutwell Night Bakers, US Coast Guard Photo

(April 11, 2008) ONBOARD THE USCGC BOUTWELL - Petty Officer 3rd Class Errol Vanzie and Seaman Shannon C. Hester, from the CGC Boutwell, prepare baked goods for the following workday during the Boutwell's eastern pacific patrol. From 8:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., Vanzie and Hester prepare peach cobbler, garlic bread, cherry cupcakes, buttermilk biscuits and chocolate almond biscotti with melted white chocolate.
