ATLANTIC OCEAN - A crewmember aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle, a 295-foot barque homeported in New London, Conn., transfers a saltwater pump to the ship's main diesel engine to a 33-foot Special Purpose Craft - Law Enforcement boat crew from Coast Guard Sta.
