Capt. Fink gave the oath of enlistment to 85 men from the Chicago area, Indiana, and Wisconsin at the 28th annual Chicago White Sox Navy Night. It was the 28th time the White Sox have sponsored a recruit division at the Navy's only boot camp, Recruit Training Command (RTC) at Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill.
