Chief Warrant Officer 2 Ismael Ramos, the senior airdrop systems technician for the 21st Theater Sustainment Command's 16th Sustainment Brigade, based in Bamberg, Germany, helps rig up a T-10 Delta parachute on Pfc. Philipp Kosiel, an infantry parachute rigger with the 31st Airborne Brigade from Oldenburg, Germany, during International Jump Week 2011, Aug. 10. The parachute riggers of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command's 5th Quartermaster Detachment based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, supplied and packed over 450 parachutes in support of the week long event.
