Chief Warrant Officer 3 Cipriano Trujillo, U.S. Army Central Forward Engineering Directorate, sets up the first of 250 solar light towers Oct. 2 on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The solar lights will replace the gas power light towers currently in use on Camp Arifjan and is part of a larger initiative to conserve energy in the USARCENT area of responsibility.
