Chief Warrant Officer four (CW4) Stephen Aldred, Distributed Common Ground Systems – Army (DCGS-A), was promoted during a ceremony at Top of the Bay here aboard Aberdeen Proving Ground Jan. 5. Maj. Gen. Kirk Vollmecke, Program Executive Officer, Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors, was the promoting officer and Col. Robert Collins, project manager, DCGS-A assisted in the “pinning” ceremony.
