Chief Warrant Officer Meriam Kwamin, an environmental health officer with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, oversees the preparation of meals for nearly 100 participants during the USARAF-led exercise Justified Accord 17, March 22, 2017, at the Peace Support Training Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
