Chilean Marine Capt. Cesar Aguirre Rivera, chief of training for the Comando de Fuerzas Especiales, presents a certificate of training to a Chilean Marine during the closing ceremony for the Joint Combined Exchange Training event, in Vina Del Mar, Chile, Sept 30. The primary focus of the month-long JCET was to work with and train members of the Chilean military, specifically its sea services, in order to build its military capabilities and capacity.
