Chris McCarthy, a mountaineering guide with U.S. Military Outdoor Recreation (ODR), instructs a climbing group on components of a climbing harness at Ramstein Air Base, Germany on March 20, 2016. Members of the climbing party were required to wear the appropriate climbing helmet and safety harness in order to prevent possible injuries such as traumatic brain injury (TBI).
