Citizen-Soldiers of the Puerto Rico and New York National Guards continue with the effort of delivering supplies, food and water to impacted areas of PR via Blackhawk helicopters. This time the Adjutant General of Puerto Rico, Brig. Gen. Isabelo Rivera and the PRNG leadership, along with Mr. Jose Perez Ramos, from the University of Rochester NY, delivered a cargo of High Volume Water Filters donated by the university to the island municipalities of Vieques and Culebra in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
