Civilian contractors work with U.S. Soldiers, assigned to Company A, 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 1st Armor Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, to change the axles of a train carrying military vehicles at Varna, Bulgaria, May 1, 2016.
