The MEDCAP is one of the many projects the four-month Pacific Partnership humanitarian assistance mission brings basic medical evaluation and treatment, preventive medicine treatment, dental screenings and treatment, optometry screenings, eyewear distribution, public health training and veterinary services to the region as requested by the Philippine government.
