BROOKPORT, Ill. -- A Coast Guard Disaster Assistance Response Team from Cincinnati, Ohio finishes offloading sandbags with local residents to stem flooding in their neighborhood, May 4, 2011. The Coast Guard is supporting the Army Corps of Engineers and several states and local agencies to minimize damage to property, structures and to help save lives from historic flood levels.
