Coast Guard Lt. Trevor Clark, assigned to the Civil Engineering Unit Oakland, prepares a Short Range Small-Unmanned Aircraft System for testing in Honolulu prior to Hurricane Lane’s anticipated landfall, Aug. 24, 2018.
