Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Mark Keightley, a boarding officer with U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team Seattle, fills out paper work while local law enforcement gives a field sobriety test to a man suspected of boating under the influence on Lake Washington during Seafair, Aug. 4, 2018.
