CHINCOTEAGUE, Va. - (July 24, 2007) Chief Petty Officer Rick Ball, officer-in-charge of Coast Guard Station Chincoteague, assists a tired passenger from the 21-foot fishing vessel High Risk, homeported in Horntown, Va., here today.
