Coast Guard volunteers work on habitat restoration

MUIR BEACH, Calif. - Coast Guard Capt. Paul Gugg (right), the commanding officer of Sector San Francisco, and other volunteers pick weeds around several different native plant species April 21, 2010. Thirty-two members of the Coast Guard, stationed in the Bay Area, volunteered near Muir Beach to help a habitat restoration project led by representatives from Golden Gate National Parks.
