Col. Charles D. Costanza, commander of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division "Sledgehammer" talks with Jamie Smith, a spouse and Family Ready Group leader with Company B, 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, after presenting her a Certificate of Appreciation for her volunteer efforts, Jan. 24, at the quarterly Volunteer Award Ceremony.
