Col. Frank Y. Rangel Jr., the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade and Task Force Operations commander, speaks with Maj. Gen. David E. Quantock, the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood commanding general on the logistics of conducting a full-scale deployment from the post air field March 1 during a Rehearsal of Concept drill. The 4th MEB (Task Force Operations) is part of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high yield Explosives Consequence Management Force whose mission is to respond to any large-scale domestic attack that may require federal support.
