Col. John W. Scannell, state aviation officer, addresses dignitaries and Guard members during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the New Jersey Army National Guard's Army Aviation Support Facility, located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Aug. 11, 2015. The 103,602 square-foot facility enhances the New Jersey National Guard's response to state and federal missions by providing the newest and most efficient aircraft maintenance and training support equipment.
