Col. Joseph Martin, a native of Dearborn, Mich., commander, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, pins the Army Commendation Medal on Spc. Eric Miller, Company D, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd BCT, 1st Inf. Div. at Camp Liberty, Jan. 18. Miller reenlisted in the Bonus, Extension and Retraining Program at Fort Riley and could have chosen to stay at home station until his training began but chose to deploy with his comrades in Company D, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd BCT, 1st Inf.
