(Nov. 06, 2007) Command Master Chief Joseph Vukovcan prepares to receive his annual flu shot from Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Darrell Mangham on board Naval Air Station (NAS) Whiting Field. Mangham is a preventive medicine technician at the base and is using a needleless system to administer the shot, which uses compressed carbon dioxide to insert the serum under the skin.
