YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sep. 11, 2008) Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Command Master Chief Wayne Smith salutes during morning colors with the fiscal year 2009 chief petty officer (CPO) selectees prior to beginning a 9/11 Memorial Ceremony in front of the CPO Club. The ceremony included a wreath laying on the CPO Club 9/11 Memorial, which was dedicated to the base by the FY 2002 chief petty officer selectees to remember those who perished in terrorist attacks seven years ago.
