Moffit speaks with the Professor of Civil Engineering, David Jenson, at Brigham Young University about potential Navy applications. The visit was in conjunction with festivities Utah Navy Week. Twenty-six such weeks are planned in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
