Moffit was on hand for the signing of the Utah Navy Week declaration by Utah Governor Jon Huntsman. Utah Navy week runs from September 7-17. Twenty-six such weeks are planned in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
