Amzah Bin Sulaiman. The presentation wrapped up the first ever submarine staff talks with the Royal Malaysian Navy. The United States and Australia sponsored the talks held aboard submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), to help Malaysia prepare for the activation of its own submarine force in 2009.
