Hejlik, the commanding general of Marine Corps Forces Command, speaks to Marines and sailors of the Black Sea Rotational Force 11 about the importance of their upcoming deployment to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions during a visit to BSRF-11’s staging area at Camp Pendleton’s 33 Area, March 15.
